Outlook Adventure Teambuilding courses are designed to help you build and retain the perfect team.  To help you and your team achieve its aims we offer two different options that can also be combined to help increase cohesion and trust:

Activity Based
A company is only as good as its staff and we acknowledge this here at Four Points Adventure. We offer an exciting range of team building Activities such as river trips in open boats to Coasteering down the Cornish Coastline to provide a welcome break from work whilst still learning, gelling and having fun.  For more details go to activities.


Exercise Based
These 1 day courses constantly challenge the team in a fun environment with tasks that stretch them both physically and mentally and also help them realise that one of the teams key strengths is in fact its diversity; the fact that the team are all different and have something unique and vital to offer that makes them so strong and adaptable.

We can also combine the two courses if that suits your aspirations for the day and we are able to design courses for all levels of staffing right up to Senior Management.  Our instructors have extensive experience in teambuilding and leadership development coming from a military background.
